The threat of Hurrican Debby loomed, the weather was gloomy, and there was a live band in the bar, but that didn't stop the amazing crowd at Mulligan's Pointe from having a great time at Play That Funky Bingo! We started off with Been There Sang That, a game with names of places in all of the songs, then dipped into the myriad music that makes up the 1960s. We tried a new game called Parrothead's Delight (debatable lol), and finished the evening in Classic Rock, a crowd favorite.
Rhett helped out and picked the winners from the computerized randomized prize wheel, and he picked Jill W for the $10, Elsie G for $15, and Dave H took home the big $25 prize. Congratulations, everyone! Don't forget to tell me the Phrase that Pays for ONE extra spot on the prize wheel next week. The phrase is "Summer's End."
